Mobil DTE PM Series
Mobil DTE? PM Series lubricants are designed for the high steam pressures, temperatures, machine speeds, and smaller reservoir sizes common in high-output paper machines and calendars. They meet Voith and Metso requirements for dry-end lubrication of paper machine bearings and gear systems, as well as SKF and FAG requirements for dryer section circulation bearings
Mobil DTE PM Series machine oils are formulated to provide maximum protection of gears and bearings operating under severe conditions. These paper machine oils are specifically engineered to:
- Enhance oxidation stability
- Enhance thermal stability
- Protect against rust and corrosion
- Provide exceptional wear protection
Features and Benefits
The Mobil DTE PM Series oils have proven their performance capabilities in modern high-output paper machine lubrication. Their excellent performance properties in the areas of wear protection, enhanced oxidation stability, chemical stability, effective rust and corrosion protection, colour stability, and filterability help to extend maintenance service intervals. This results in less required maintenance, longer equipment life and increased production capacity.
